On the way to the Danube Bend we take a look into Obuda (Old Buda) - the smallest brother of Buda and Pest a fascinatig neighbourhood of the city with it’s ancient ruins of Aquincum -the capitol in the Roman times-, historical turn of the century factory buildings, charming garden city houses and modern high rise housing blocks. Obuda is also home of the Sziget Festival one of the largest music event of Europe and the popular Romai beach the ever summer favourite of the locals with simple and cheap restaurants, cafes and bars. Than we take a scenic ride through the beautiful Duna-Ipoly National park to Visegrad the capitol of Danube Bend just 40 km from Budapest. Visit it’s medieval High Castle – a former residence of the Hungarian kings - located on the hilltop and enjoy the stunning view of the Danube Bend. You will have a delicious 3 course lunch in a nice panoramic restaurant. After lunch we discover Szentendre – a picturesque tiny baroque town with a mediterranian atmosphere remarkable for it's colourful old houses, churches, museums, art galleries. Here you will also have some time stroll around the tiny main square flanked by dozens of cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops and try „langos" (fried bread) the favorite meal of the locals. You may also visit one of Szentendre museums of your choice. The Szentendre Retro Museum an amazing collection of cars, motorcycles, household appliences, toys, furniture used behind the Iron Curtain in the 70's and 80's or the Szentendre Skanzen Open Air Folk Village the largest open air museum of Hungary displaying the traditional rural life with original thached roof houses, windmill, animal farm, and much more. On the way back to Budapest you will enjoy the breathtaking views along the Danube riverbank that completes the experience of this great day.

K bridge- the Sziget Festival entrance
The "K" bridge is the entrance to Obuda island home of the Sziget Festival one of the largest music event of Europe. The "K" bridge hence it's name from the letter "K" motives in the frame of the bridge.

Graphisoft park - Budapest "Silicon Valley"- has been developed in the area of a former gas factory preserving the historic factory buildings. There is an inernational business scool as well.

Romai beach the ever summer favourite of the locals.In fact there are no beach clubs here, you can't go swimming but you can stroll along the vibrant riverbank flanked with cheerful and cheap restaurants, cafes and bars.
The ancient ruins of Aquincum
The territory of Hungary was part of the Roman empire for 4 centuries. Aquincum was the capitol of the Roman province called Pannonia. In Aquincum museum you can visit the archeological site and valuable finds among them the world famous water organ.
Visegrád-Danube bend
Visegrad is located 40 kms north of Budapest alongside the river Danube. The Danube here makes a sharp "S" turn changing than its original floating direction from west to east to north to south wich is called the Danube Bend.
Visegrad High Castle
Visegrad was a former residence of the Hungarian kings in the middle ages. The XIII century high castle situated on a hilltop high above the town providing a breathtaking panorama of the Danube Bend. There is also and exhibition of guns from the middle ages and a panopticum with lifesize vax figures.

Szentendre (Saint Andrew) is an artistic town located 20 kms north of from Budapest alongside the river Danube. The picturesque baroque old town is remarkable for it's colorful houses , churches, art galleries, museums and dozens of cafes, restaurants and souvernir shops flanked by the main square.
Szentendre Skanzen Folk Village
The stunning village is the largest open air museum of Hungary demonstrating rural life with original thached roof houses,windmilll, animal farm, and much more.

Liability
The tour participant drives the scooter at his/her own risk. The driver is liable for damages caused to the scooter at his/her fault up to maxiumum HUF 150.000/ EUR 500. Damage is calculated according to the price list available at the office.
